These Terms govern your use of the Milenplumb service operated by MILLENNIUM PLUMBING, INC. at milenplumb.shop. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Milenplumb is an online digital service that generates informational leak-defense planning outputs (risk maps, suggested monitoring locations and PDF plans) based on the information you provide.

The service does not: sell hardware; visit your home; inspect, diagnose or repair real plumbing or electrical faults; install or wire any device; or provide emergency services. Outputs are general planning suggestions, not professional design, engineering or a guarantee of any outcome.

Any installation, wiring, or modification of plumbing, valves, sensors or electrical systems must be carried out by a licensed plumber or electrician in accordance with local codes. You are responsible for verifying suitability and for all physical work performed on your property.

You must be at least 13 to use the service. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using the service you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

Paid plans are online-only digital subscriptions billed in USD. Plans include a number of monthly planning credits that reset each cycle and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service, including automated scraping, reverse engineering, reselling outputs as professional design, uploading unlawful content, or attempting to disrupt the platform.

The platform, brand and underlying software are owned by MILLENNIUM PLUMBING, INC.. You retain rights to the inputs you provide and receive a limited license to use the planning outputs for your own, non-commercial home-planning purposes.

The service is provided "as is" for informational planning only. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific home, and we do not guarantee the prevention of any leak, water damage or loss. See also our AI Disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MILLENNIUM PLUMBING, INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any water damage, property loss or injury arising from reliance on planning outputs or from physical work performed by you or third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
